The user can connect to the internet banking using application Mobile Token or Web Token.
If my registration code received from the bank branch expires, how can I get a new registration code?
If you have not used the registration code within 72 hours, you can reset it by visiting any Credit Agricole branch, where after identification, you will receive a new registration code on the spot
What happens after entering the wrong registration code?
Mobile Token and Web Token device crash after 3 failed connection attempts and you need to contact your branch to request a new registration code
Can I open deposits from the i-conect and m-conect applications?
Yes, you can open deposits directly from the two applications. For values over 10,000 euros, or equivalent, you can negotiate interest.
Can I see my deposits and their features?
Yes, you can access them from the Accounts / Savings section.
